We work on a wide range of commercial site development projects including retail centers, office buildings, industrial facilities, multi-family housing developments, and municipal infrastructure. Our capabilities span the full site work scope from initial clearing and excavation through paving, utilities, and finish grading.
Yes. We regularly work as a site work subcontractor for general contractors and directly with developers and project owners. We understand commercial project timelines, submittal requirements, and coordination expectations, and we work to keep our scope on schedule so it does not hold up other trades.
We serve commercial projects throughout Volusia and Flagler County, including Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, Palm Coast, Port Orange, DeLand, Deltona, New Smyrna Beach, and Edgewater. Contact us to discuss projects outside these areas.
Yes. We self-perform lot clearing, excavation, grading, fill placement, erosion control, paving, curbing, sidewalk installation, and underground utility installation. Handling multiple scopes under one subcontract reduces coordination risk and simplifies the site work package for the general contractor.
Yes. We provide detailed estimates for commercial site work projects. Contact us with your project plans and scope, and we will review the work and provide transparent pricing based on your specific site conditions and requirements.
We install and maintain erosion and sediment control measures in accordance with NPDES permit requirements and local stormwater management standards. This includes silt fencing, inlet protection, stabilized construction entrances, and other BMP installations required for permitted commercial sites in Volusia and Flagler County.
We install commercial underground utility systems including water mains, sanitary sewer lines, storm drainage pipe, and utility conduit. We trench, install, backfill, and compact to specification, coordinating with the project engineer and inspectors throughout the process.
The earlier the better. Involving us during the preconstruction or bidding phase allows us to review site plans, identify potential issues with grading or utility routing, and provide accurate pricing before your project breaks ground. Early engagement leads to better scheduling and fewer change orders once work begins.
